How can I contact customer service?
Why can’t I select the right size when ordering?

You can only select sizes that we currently have in stock and are available for order. Anything you cannot select is not in stock.

Why am I not getting a confirmation e-mail from the webshop?

The following three are the main reasons people fail to receive the confirmation e-mails:

  • The e-mail address you provided was invalid or misspelled. If you registered, please correct it in your account settings!
  • Your inbox is full. In this case, you will not be able to receive e-mails for anyone until you free up space for more messages.
  • The e-mail was accidentally placed in your spam folder. Please check your spam filter and look among your spam/junk mail for the message!
I don't want to ask for delivery to Hungary. Why do I see prices in HUF?

As you specify the country of delivery when placing your order, our webshop will switch to EUR for deliveries outside Hungary as follows:

    • If you are already a registered customer and you provided a foreign address when registering, you will already see the prices in EUR after logging in.
    • If you are not yet a registered customer: when you register or place your order at the time of selecting your destination country, our system will switch to EUR.

In case of international delivery, you must always pay in EUR.

How do I get my invoice?

Your e-invoice will be sent to you by e-mail when we start the delivery of your order or, in the case of credit card payment, after the successful transaction.

If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder! Or maybe your email address isn't correct, or your email storage is full!
If you still can't find it, write an email and we'll send it to you again.

How much is the shipping cost to HUNGARY?

The delivery cost to Hungary is FREE for purchases over HUF 17,000 gross, and below:


HUF 1,490, if you request it to MPL parcel points or parcel vending machines,
HUF 1.690, if you request it to Packeta.com (Csomagkuldo.hu) pick up points,
HUF 1,790 if requested by home delivery.

The listed shipping costs already include VAT.

Personal collection is not an option.

The delivery cost may be changed periodically in the case of certain promotions, or they may become free of charge, about which the announcement of the promotions provides accurate information.

How much is the INTERNATIONAL shipping cost (out of Hungary)?

Delivery methods and delivery time to HUNGARY?
Delivery time is 1-3 working days, but the Origami Bikini team will do their best to use the bikini on the next day.


WE ARE HURRY UP! If your order arrives to us by 12:00 on business days, your order will start immediately with almost 100% chance on same day to pick it up on the next business day. Unless you have chosen to wire transfer: then we will have to wait for the amount to arrive before sending your package.

Convenient and easy package pick-up. You can pay by credit card or cash.

You can request delivery to your home address or even your workplace. National coverage.

MPL will attempt to deliver the shipment to the addressee twice. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, MPL will leave a notification about the arrival of the shipment and the attempted delivery. If the addressee's telephone number is indicated on the address document, MPL will coordinate the place and time of the second delivery attempt with the addressee. In case of unsuccessful negotiation, MPL will try to deliver the shipment again on the next working day. In case of failure of the second delivery attempt, MPL will repeatedly leave a notification at the address indicating the post office and custody time, where and until which the entitled person can receive the shipment.

Vending machines essentially consist of a user interface with a screen and compartments of different sizes that hide the packages.

In the case of a shipment addressed to a parcel vending machine, MPL sends a message to the recipient's mobile phone and e-mail address about the arrival of the package and the delivery deadline, which is 2 working days after the delivery of the message. Most machines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The package can be taken out of the machine without waiting with the identification code received in the message. If the package was sent with the additional service of goods payment, the recipient must settle the amount of the goods payment with a bank card at the machine in order to receive the package. The parcel box opens after payment. If the package has not been received within the 2 working day deadline, MPL will deliver the package to the post office.

The recipient will then receive further information via SMS and e-mail about the post office where his package was placed and how long he can pick it up (depending on the sender's indication, he has 5 or 10 working days at his disposal).

Most MOL Pick-up points are open 24 hours a day and most Coop and Media Markt  Pick-up points are open 12 hours a day, so you can pick up your package before and after work.

Pick-up points are easily accessible.

Parking on the wells is easy and free.

At MOL Pick-up points and most of Coop Pick-up points, you can also pay by credit card.

In the case of a shipment addressed to the Post Office (as left at the Post Office) or Partner PostPoint, MPL sends a message to the recipient's mobile phone or e-mail address about the availability of the package and the delivery deadline, which can be 5 or 10 working days according to the sender's indication.

Items left at the post office can be picked up during post office opening hours. At more than 180 post offices, packages sent on Friday with a time guarantee of 1 working day can be picked up on Saturday as well - without charging a separate fee - due to the weekend opening hours.

UNPACKING & TRY PRODUCTS

Why is it important to try your brand new swimsuit on the bottom of lingerie first?
We always emphasize the importance of this, because if the size or style of the swimsuit has not been good: you can send it back to us.
❗When swimsuits are taken back, they are rigorously tested and the most important aspect of the test is contamination. Adherence to this must also be taken very seriously for hygienic reasons.
Returned products are always waited back in the same condition in which they were sent to you: clean and impeccable.

RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

HOW DO I SEND BACK THE SWIMWEAR?

Swimwear is a hygiene product, so the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on these products. However, we provide the opportunity to try on and to enforce the right of withdrawal only if the returned product meets ALL of the following conditions:

Swimsuit returned:

✅ returns in clean and impeccable condition,
✅ not damaged or dirty (so it is important to try the swimwear bottom on your own clean underwear!),
✅ not used at all,
✅ not washed, not rinsed and not used stain remover,
✅ its cup - after return and unpacking - is not broken, (SWIMWEAR SHOULD BE RETURNED ONLY IN THE BOX - either in our own box in which you received the product from us. Swimwear returned in envelopes or other soft packaging may be damaged, its cup may be wrinkled, broken, and may become unsold.)
✅ the customer information label is not cut off,
✅ the stitched care labels are not cut out.

If any of these conditions is not met, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the swimsuit. In this case, the swimsuit will returned to the buyer.

WE DO NOT RECEIVE PACKAGES PORTOUTLY AND “SHIPMENTS REMAINING IN THE POST”! ➡️ Please return the shipment only to our address and do not charge with cash on delivery!

HOW TO PACK THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED?

If you want to return your swimsuit, be sure to also read the answer of the "HOW DO I SEND BACK THE SWIMWEAR?" question too!

Only return swimwear in a box of the correct size and strength (we recommend using our own box in which you received the product from us)!

In case of cancellation, send us your details about the cancellation! The best solution for this is to fill out a withdrawal form sent you for help and place it in the package to be returned. If you request a refund as soon as possible by transfer to a bank account, please do not forget to fill in the bank account part of the cancellation statement or provide your bank account details in other ways (eg e-mail)! (Of course, the data can also be sent by e-mail or post.) In case of cancellation, repack the product (s), put the cancellation statement (if you have filled it in) and all the gifts and promotions you received to the package, and send it back to our address (not by “stayed at the Post Office” method and not by cash on delivery because we do not accept them) ! IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL, the price of products returned incompletely or damaged can only be refunded at depreciation, and the price of the missing product (s) will be deducted from the refundable amount!

When will I get my money back in case of withdrawal?
No later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of cancellation.

❗However, we may withhold a refund until we have received the product back and it has passed our quality test and received a positive evaluation on the test.

How do I redeem coupon codes?

The easiest way to use the coupon codes is to copy them to the "Promo code" field on the shopping cart page or on the payment page when placing your order, and then click the "Add" button.

I can't redeem my coupon. Why?

This is usually why you can't redeem your coupon:

➡️ You have entered wrong coupon code. Check again, or if you have the opportunity: copy it through the clipboard!

➡️ The date of coupon has expired.

➡️ The coupon has already been used.

➡️ Your coupon cannot be combined with one (or more) coupons that are already in your cart. To use it, you can delete the "conflicting" coupon in your cart if you want to use this instead.

➡️ The redemption of the coupon is subject to a minimum value limit and your order didn't reach this.
